If you are a gym admin
You can't delete your account while you are a gym admin. First choose a staff member and hand over the admin role. If there is no staff, “Close gym and delete account” closes the gym as well.
A subscription taken before creating a gym is cancelled when you delete your account.
If you can't use the app
Send an email with the subject “Account deletion request” and the email address you logged in with. We delete the account after confirming it is you.
